printing picture nametags (with YOUR volunteer helpers), and
providing other information on hand.
Searches for missing classmates are very time consuming, so get those plans going and have plenty of volunteer help.

The website can be used to improve communication with your classmates. For instance, as your reunion event(s) approach there may be some additions or changes that can be posted on the website. If you have told everybody that has signed up to check the website, then it could prove to be quite helpful.
